The
EXPLORER (PICK)Has
several uses. About once per month, you can gently run the explorer tip
all over the crown of the tooth and look for decay you cannot see. Do
not use on an exposed “root” of the tooth, that is just below or above
the “white” crown. Do not try to clean decay (brown
or black spots) with the Explorer. THIS
SHOULD ONLY BE DONE BY THE DENTIST.

WHILE
USING THE EXPLORER
|
If the Explorer suddenly“stops”
or “hangs up”
in your tooth, call your dentist immediately for an appointment. |
| Although
the Explorer is not
designed to remove tartar from your teeth, it has many practical uses.
One great example is, after eating a big, delicious, bag of buttered popcorn,
the Explorer is the best tool for removing those unwanted PopCorn hulls.
The Explorer not only removes hulls but any type of loose particles of
food from your teeth and gums.
DISINFECT
INSTRUMENTS WITH ALCOHOL AND RINSE WITH WATER BEFORE AND AFTER EACH USE.
